座椅传感器开关/离座电锁数据表
 
上述产品的设计是为了达到/符合以下要求:
 
1.工作温度范围-30℃至+85℃
2.储存温度范围-40℃至+85℃
3.操作开关所需的最小力2.5 Kg
4.接触电阻为0.1欧姆
5.12V直流电源开关额定功率0.5安培
6.开关拉拔力最小70N
7.材料符合FMVSS 302
8.使用寿命(工作小时)5000
 
产品已进行并通过了耐久性测试,可正常工作12年或150000英里。
本产品设计为用于汽车乘客车厢的警告指示器开关,位于座椅或乘客座位上,并通过警告灯指示司机/乘客系好安全带,用以表示座位上有人。
 
1.REQUIREMENTS
The object ofthis Specification is to guide the design,and to ensure the reliability of the Seat Sensor so that it shall operate satisfactorily under the environmental conditions encountered.
Failure of the component to satisfy any part of this test specification could result in its rejection.
The Supplier Quality plan must identify an ongoing programme of test which demonstrates confornity with the component specification and function requirements of the products.
 
1.规范概要
本规范的目的是指导设计,并确保座椅传感器的可靠性,使其能够在各种环境条件下正常地工作。
未能满足本测试规范任何部分的组件可能导致拒收。
供应商必须制定一个持续的测试方案,以确保所供产品符合规格和功能要求。
 
2. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. Accuracy of instrument setting to be within the following :
Temperature +2℃   with resolution ofat least 0.2
Voltage ±1.5%   with resolution ofat feast 0.1V
Force ±0.5N   with resolution of at least 0.2N
Time ±0.5 sec.   with resolution of at least 0.1 sec.
Humidity ±3%   with resolution of at least 1%
2.2. Room ambicnt teroperature is defined as standard Laboratory conditions and is used for all tests unless otherwise stated.
2.2.1.Laboratory conditions to be identified on test report.
2.3. The supply voltage is defined as 13.5V ± 0.2V unless otherwise stated.
2.4. The componeut is to be mounted in its vehicle attitude on a mounting plate representative of the vebicle condition together with the appropriate connectors and fixings etc.
 
2.一般要求
2.1.精度应在以下范围内:

3. PERFORMANCE TESTS (ALL SAMPLES)
3.1 The insulation resistance before life testing between any contact and carthed metal parts of a clean dry switch shall be at least 0.5 megohm when measured with a 500V megger applied for a five second period.
3.2. With 1.0A passed through tho sensor the volt drop between the connector tenninals shall not exceed 100mV.
3.2.1.The force to operate the switch shall be as specified on the component drawing.
3.3. On completion oftests the vormally visible parts ofthe switch shall be free from unacceptable corrosion,surface defects or noticeable deterioration of markings,as agreed by Rover Engineering.
3.4. 1.0A shall be passed through the switch for 5 hours.There shall be no permanent deformation and the switches will remain in good working order.
 
3.5. The switch shall continue to perform to the design intent as described an the component drawing
3.6. (Endurance Only) The maximum allowable voit drop is 100mV.An excursion of 50mV above the maxinum allowable volt drop is permitted,providing these excursions do not exceed 10 consecutive readings and that the total number of excursions does not exceed 0.5% of the overall endurance cycles stated in the schedule.
 
3.性能测试(所有样品)

3.6.最大允许电压降为 100mV,允许比最大允许电压降高 50mV 的偏移,前提是这些偏移不超过 10 次连续读数,并且偏移总数不超过时间表中规定的总耐久性循环的 0.5%。
 
4.HUMIDITY TEST 1(BS)GROUPS A,B,C,D,
4.1. This consists of 10 temprature/humidity cycles,each of 24 hour duration as desaribed in BS 2011: Part 2 JZ/AD:1977 combined with the vibration test described in 7.1.1. for the first two cycles (48 hours).
4.1.1.The vibration test shall consist of sweeps from 20 to 500 Hz at 2g. The sweep duration shall be 15 minutes per sweep.
4.2 The samples and their specified wires and connectors shall be placed in the temp/humidity cabinet and mounted at the relevant vehicle attitude. The samples shall be powered up.
4.3. The sample shall be removed frorn the cabinet and immediately rechecked to clause 3.2.1. and allowed to return to room ambient conditions.
4.4. Between 1 and 2 hours after removal the sample shall be rechecked to clauses 3.2,3.2.1,3.3, 3.5, without deliberate removal of the condensate.
 
4.湿度测试1(BS)A,B,C,D,
4.1.包括 10 个温度/湿度循环,每个周期的持续时间为 24 小时,如 BS 2011:第 2 部分 JZ/AD:1977规定,结合 7.1.1 中所述的振动测试。前两个周期(48小时)。
4.1.1.振动试验应在2g条件下从20到500 Hz扫频,每次持续时间应为15分钟。

4.4.在移除后的1至2小时内,应按照第3.2、3.2.1、3.3、3.5条重新检查样品,不得故意移除冷凝物。
 
5. HIGH TEMPERATURE TEST GROUPS A,B,C,D
5.1. The samples with their specified wires and connectors shall be placed in an environmental cabinet and mounted at the relevant vehicle attitude.The samples shall be powered up.
5.2. The temperature within the cabinet is to be raised to 105℃ and maintained for 2 hours ±10min.and then lowered to 85℃ and maintained for 7 hours ±10 min.
5.3. The samples shall be operated at this temperature and rechocked to clause 3.2 whilst in the cabinet.
5.3.1.The samples shall be removed and immediately rechecked to clause 3.2.1.
5.4. The sample shall be allowed to return to room ambient temperature and rechecked to clauses 3.2,3.2.1,3.3.&3.5.
 
5.高温试验A、B、C、D
5.1.样品及其指定的电线和连接器应放置在温度柜中,并安装在相应位置上。样品应通电。
5.2.将箱内温度提高到105℃,持续2小时±10 min,然后降至85℃,持续7小时±10 min。
5.3.样品应在此温度下操作,并重新调整至第3.2条。
5.3.1.取出样品,并立即按照第3.2.1条的规定重新检测。
5.4.样品应允许返回室温,并重新检查到3.2、3.2.1、3.3和3.5条。
 
6. LOW TEMPERATURE TEST GROUPS A,B,C,D,
6.1. The samples with their specified wires and connectors shall be placed in an environmental cabinet and mounted at the relevant vehicle attitude.The samples shall be powered up.
6.2. The tempcrature within the cabinet is to be reduced to -40℃ and maintained for 5 hours ±10 mins.
6.3. The temperature within the cabinet shall be raised to -30℃ and the sample allowed to stabilise at this temperature for 3 hours±10 mins.
6.4. The sample shall be rechecked to clause 3.2.whilst still in the cabient
6.4.1.The samples shall be removed and immediately rechecked to clause 3.2.1
6.5. The sample shall be returned to room ambient temperature. and rechecked to clauses 3.2,3.21,3.3.&3.5.
 
6.低温试验A、B、C、D
6.1.样品及其指定的电线和连接器应放置在温度柜中,并安装在相应位置上。样品应通电。
6.2.柜内温度降至-40℃,持续5小时±10分钟。
6.3.柜内温度升-30℃,持续3小时±10分钟。
6.4.样品在柜内时,重复第3.2条。
6.4.1取出样品并重复第3.2.1条。
6.5.样品返回到室温,并重复第3.2条、3.21条、3.3条及3.5条。
 
7. ENDURANCE TEST GROUP A,B,C,D
7.1. The samples shall be installed in their vehicle attitude into a suitable rig and operated at a rate not exceeding 20 cycles per second.
7.2. The samples shall be cycied for 50000 cycles.The electrical load shall be a current 2w bulb.
 
7.疲劳试验A、B、C、D
7.1.样品应按车辆姿态安装在适当的试验台上,并以不超过20次/秒的速率运行。
7.2.样品检测需循环50000次,电气负荷为2W灯泡。
 
8. STORAGE GROUPE
8.1. Components supplied to the factory for production usage must be adequatelv protected against damage during transit and storage prior to installation in the vehicle.
8.2. Shock-the component in its package (wtich may be a service package or production package)must withstand a drop test from 2m on to concrete from its normally stored attitude and as far as possible impact in its normally stored attitude.
8.3. The sample shall be checked to clauses 3.2,3.2.1,3.3& 3.5.
 
8.存储
8.1.供应给工厂用于生产的部件在安装到车辆上之前,必须在运输和储存过程中进行充分的保护以防止损坏。
8.2.冲击-包装中的部件(可以是服务包装或生产包装)必须能承受从2米高处跌落到混凝土上的跌落试验,并能承受正常储存状态下的冲击。
8.3.样品应按第3.2、3.2.1、3.3和3.5条进行检查。
